The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services.

The Services comprise a web-based language learning platform designed to facilitate educational instruction through interactive exercises, assignments, and related educational tools. The platform operates under a dual-role framework consisting of instructors and learners, each with distinct functionalities and access privileges.
Instructor accounts are provided without charge and enable users to create, manage, and distribute educational content and assignments to designated learners. Learner accounts provide access to assigned content and exercises, with basic usage provided under a complimentary allocation and extended usage available under paid service tiers.
The Services are intended for lawful educational purposes only. The information and functionality provided through the Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation, or which would subject the Company to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction.
2. USER ROLES AND ACCOUNTS
Teacher Accounts
- Teachers may create and use accounts free of charge
- Teachers can create, upload, and manage educational content and homework assignments
- Teachers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with these Terms
- Teacher accounts are subject to the same prohibited activities and conduct standards
Student Accounts
- Students can access assignments and exercises created by their teachers
- Students receive a free usage quota for basic platform utilization
- Students may be subject to fees for usage beyond the free tier
- Student accounts require compliance with payment terms when applicable
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Intellectual Property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein. Our Content is protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties in Canada and around the world.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for their intended educational purposes.
User Content
By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing any content to the Services ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights in such content. 4. PAYMENT TERMS
Free Services
- Teacher accounts are provided free of charge
- Students receive a free usage quota for basic platform utilization
Paid Services for Students
- Students may be charged fees for usage beyond the free tier
- Payments are processed through Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other approved payment processors
- All fees are charged in advance of service provision
- Pricing may change with appropriate notice
Refund Policy
Students are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund request is made within 30 days of payment
- Student has not used the platform for more than 1 paid session
- Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected]
- Refunds will be processed within 90 days
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these criteria or appear to be fraudulent.
5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time for any reason
- Terminate or suspend teacher or student accounts at our sole discretion
- Deny access to any user for violation of these Terms
- Remove or restrict access to user content that violates our policies
Termination may occur immediately and without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not:
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Use the Services for any commercial purpose other than as specifically intended (teaching and learning)
- Attempt to circumvent payment systems or usage limitations
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to accounts
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Use automated systems to access or use the Services
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Services
7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Teachers acknowledge and agree that content uploaded to the platform may be used for data processing purposes to improve our Services.
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you upload or submit to the Services
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, except for:
- Claims seeking injunctive relief
- Intellectual property disputes
- Claims related to unauthorized use or access
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
